APPLY for admission to HCC and complete all necessary forms. Go to hccfl.edu to apply for admission.

(Returning Students may skip this step)

Select a course. It is your responsibility to select a course that is offered at a date and time when the student is available to take it. Here is a list of suggested courses, broken down by subject which includes the equivalent HS credit the student will earn.

All courses MUST be approved by a counselor. Please note that your counselor has limited ability to help you select a course. We can make SOME suggestions but we are not college advisers. Our approval of a course is limited to helping you select courses that aren't duplicated by your high school classes but we are not able to help plan a student's college curriculum.

Complete FORM

B. Students must upload and complete Form B and send it to your counselor for approval. Students and parent must complete the form in its entirety. You can access the Form B in the school's guidance office. Once your form is completed (including a counselor signature), You will need to Upload/Scan Form B to dualenrollment@hccfl.edu

Step 3

Dual Enrollment Grades

Once you complete your dual enrollment course, HCC will send your transcript to the school. This process can take a few weeks, especially for summer courses. If you needs your HCC grades added sooner, you are welcome to request your transcript from HCC directly and bring the official copy to us.

*Due to COVID-19, Students may still qualify for dual enrollment without test scores. However, students will be required to take the Accuplacer if requesting to take certain math courses and/or a science placement test for certain science courses (HCC will communicate directly with the student if this is necessary).
